MTN is useless

I’ve had a terrible experience with this service provider,They deducted money for my 5g,then a day later they suspended my internet,saying my account is in arrears,I called them with all the necessary proof of payment,sent the POP,I have been calling them, the call center people are *********** because I’m still not connected yet I paid. In a nutshell I’m paying for a service I’m no using.. not happy
