Mtn is useless

I have log a call on 30 Aug 2024...no feedback? Today 13/09/2024 when called regarding my query, I was told they escalated, they never called or msg me to tell me what is going on..... MTN is not the best network in RSA, they should learn about costumer service.... My ref nr are SMC***..... For the call...
