Mtn is useless

Mtn is the most in competent network ever. Firstly they not once contacted me about my contract. All of a sudden when i go to the bank i find out that they handed me over when i try to call mtn all they do is cut the call or they send me in circles every one i talk to cant help then they send me to someone else that cant help me. I then went to the branch they said that i can pay there and it will get cleared out same time. I paid 2 months ago my name is not cleared. I have been emailing all they do is send me a query number tell me about the amount that i have paid. I have had enough of mtn i just wish someone could get back to me so i can make arrangements to pay my contract off and be done with MTN they are just so useless... I will never use mtn again thank you very much i have had bad experiences with other networks but MTN take the trophy... Its even discussing.
