MTN IS USELESS
Well, I have decided I will write every 5 days until my problem gets solved. How is this for a laugh. I get an MTN survey (after I lodged a complaint on their complaint page) asking if Nompumulelo was able to solve my problem. What I want to know is when did he or she speak to me and solve my problem. When did I receive a call or any feedback from \Ghost Nompumulelo"?<br> Now the phone I have been complaining about is just not getting any data as per my signed contract.<br> MTN I am just going to stop payment now. Perhaps that way my problem will be solved. YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND REMAIN SO - your staff is uneducated"

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, kindly be advised that you didn't speak to me but I responded to your below query like I'm doing now. Also the query about the number 078 0*****37 not receiving 250MB monthly has been logged with ref number REQ:***.
I sincerely hope that the above is in order and that we are able to restore your faith in us.

Kindly please assist, client on phone 078 ****37, has had 4.11 GB of data and he could not use the data since last year, a quiry was logged and unfortunately now the REF number is not to be found, we called in last week upon call ref 1*** and they said the issue will be resolved within 24 Hours, we were advice that data connection was not activated on the network and that they will do so and it will all be well, now what the client realised is that in the 24 hours the 4.11GB was taken off from their sim. The client will not accept that the data forfeits in 3 months as they say they have been calling about this and yet it has still not been resolved. Please look into the issue
