MTN Is useless
I have been handed over by MTN (they never contacted me saying that the debit order has bounced) I just get a call from Shapiro, Shaik, and Defries & Associates. So I have paid up the account on 27 January 2015. I have received a paid up letter from Shapiro, Shaik, Defries & Associates so that I can clear my name from ITC. Shapiro, Shaik, Defries & Associates say I must speak to MTN and MTN say I must speak to Shapiro, Shaik, Defries & Associates so who the F%$^&k will clear my name? I have emailed the legal department as requested on the following dates 6 August *** and 22 Oct ***1 and still nothing. MTN is very quick to hand you over and well done on the job but lack a bit when they have to clear your name. Do you need customer service advice because I will help you in that department!!!!
