MTN IS USELESS

MTN is the absolute worst. I had taken a contract with them in 2023, and specifically signed debit order forms etc. Unsure how, but my contract was made a cash payment (unrealistic) and no correspondence was sent my way about this until I received a letter of demand for the full amount of the phone as they canceled the contract last year September. Further to this, after agreeing with them on monthly cash payment with them and keeping to it. They suspended my phone so now I cannot use it. And then tell me I have been paying into the incorrect account after they provided me with the banking details. I'm so frustrated with MTN. And the consultants refuse to assist in anyway. Please never get a contract with these guys. They have been making my life hell. To add to this whole thing, they handed over my account to vericred, which in turn did not communicate the debit order and payment agreement made to MTN which in turn caused a hard suspension on the phone and messing up my credit score. I absolutely regret taking this contract.
