MTN IS USELESS!

MTN offers the poorest service. I went to istore for an upgrade and the consultant tried to help me get an MTN upgrade to which MTN stated I would need to pay a penalty fee which i understood. However the only way for this to be done is to call MTN myself and ask for banking details. In this day and age!!??. Anyway I did so this morning and im told i cannot upgrade early and there is no option to oay a penalty fee. So their website says one thing and their disinterested call centre agent says another. I cannot wait for this contract to end. MTN is so disappointing. I had a similar problem with them when I joined their network last year. Their policies make no sense whatsoever. Their staff is disinterested. Last year was even worse. I received a response 2 months after i lay a complaint.
