MTN is useless.
I have a contract with them. It has insurance for my device. It has taken me a week (and counting) to claim for the device. Minimum holding time for their device insurance time is 45 minutes. Whenever you call, the person you speak to will tell you something different to what the person you spoke to previously told you. Atrocious service. As I type this I’m holding for 20 minutes. 25 more to go. Needless to say I will be movingly my business.

Pinnacle deny that MTN is using them as you claim. In fact they have indicated that the policy is now administered by Admyntec.
I am not calling MTN to be placed on hold again for 45 minutes. I have done enough of that.
