MTN is useless.

Mtn is horrible really!!! They provide no assistance and close off queries before they are resolved.

I have a contract of R320 and they debited R674 from my account with no explanations. The amount outstanding per app was R 266 so I reversed their debit and paid what was owed to them! They now say I owe the difference, I will not be paying for amounts that come from thin air!! And this is messing up my credit score as they update it as payment missed!
