MTN IS USELESS!!!

MTN is ripping me off, I have a contract with them and added the 1 gig booster the person said I can remove it from my contract anytime. now I have added another contract to my name and I removed the Booster and they are not adding it on my sim car but they are deducting from my account so this is the third month and third escalation I am tired I dont have time to play around like this sort your systems out. no wonder Why people always complain about MTN this is ridiculous. they keep putting me from Pillar to post left right and centre wheather is afternoon evening or in the morning I am not stupid please solve this because even my current invoice I have been charged for the R99 additional but my contract says R69 you guys a just Bullies because you know you are big companies nothing will happen to you and I will make sure something is done about this there is always a way, BULLIES nxa.
