MTN is useless

I have been an MTN customer for years , I have lost count on how many contracts I have , I was ****** and have been struggling to blacklist my phone for a month and now I am looking at cancelling all my contracts , I have logged calls spoke to multiple consultants and even on Facebook I have proof of complaints and stupid responses , the latest consultant Janet dropped the call on me and apparently there is no escalation process, I'm starting to think this are inside jobs 😡😡😡😡 the only option now is take them to court , I will log case with ICASA
