Mtn is useless

I've been a customer for years . Mtn stopped their debit order on their own . We made a arrangement for me to pay on their app . I payed and they did not see my payments . Then they called me because I'm not paying apparently. They requested I pay at the store . Still they struggled to see my payments .

I've been paying every month as arranged and they take full amounts of the arrears out of my bank account . I had to dispute the debit order . Now they suspended my account .

Please do t use Mtn ever its useless . I'm also not getting any calls to fix this issue
