Mtn is useless

For the last 2 weeks we can't get hold of the call Centre due to technical difficulties. It's always a issue trying to get something sorted out. The minutes and data you don't use just fall away even though you paid for them. **************** if you ask me. And you can never get hold of someone to ask why?
