Mtn is useless

Mtn is useless and the people that work there is a bunch of *********** grain heads.

I ordered a new contract and phone on the 27th of October 2021, two days later i followed up and was told that the contract was approved and that tje phone will be send to me in 10 working days.

Today i call again, asking for a status update just to find out that the order was canceled.

How does that work?
