MTN is Useless

MTN single handedly you have the worst administration department in the entire universe. You make Home Affairs look like a well oiled machine. Why does your accounts department continue to not capture my payments and then disconnect me? I have had enough of this and will pursue my rights with ICASSA. You don't even have someone at a high level that can sort this out for me , instead you create these auto chats that are as useless as MTN themselves. I dare MTN to deal with this and send me a human more than capable to deal with this matter once and for all.
