MTN is useless.

The service at MTN is simply disgusting. I have reported them for committing ***** due to their inability to help, yet they are more than happy to take our money when it comes to billing.

The MTN in-store staff are always unable to help. They are given that MTN sales book and that is the only thing that they can work with they can not help with anything else.

We wanted to cancel our contract and the retentions department convinced us to sign up for a new data contract. The data was never loaded. We trying to call the guy that signed us up from retentions and it is impossible as the phone number rings continuously. So we call the normal number and they are not able to help us at all. The *** email also is manned by highly confused individuals. I'm on for the last 30 minutes.
