Mtn is useless

MTN is the most useless mobile and broadband company in SA. Their customer service and ability to resolve issues is pathetic. I purchased a wifi router and where I stay I couldn’t get a good connection so I returned it within 7 days . Reference No. *** I have been to the store over ten times and it’s been over a month and I still have not been refunded. The store said they have processed everything they could and I’ve emailed them as well as their complaints email and their isaca complaints email and they just don’t respond! It’s been over a month and they owe me R758 + R150 for the sim which I paid upfront and has been confirmed returned! Then I was debited another R399 which I reversed and blocked by my bank so they can’t take more of my money! I would rather have a worse mobile connection and deal with Telkom or rain since they actually assist with queries. This is disgusting I’ve spent so much time and effort and now I’m getting messages saying my debit order hasn’t gone through! That’s because I’ve blocked mtn with my bank. I am livid and will never use myn again as long as I live the level of service is disgusting and no one seems to know how to fix this whenever I call
