MTN IS USELESS!!!!

My name is Jarmila Kozisek, I have a CELLULAR contract with MTN! I lost my phone last year April and I've been struggling very much. When I took my claim form in to Campus Square, they told me that I have not completed any insurance forms. And the employee which assisted me, Thanjani Mafusa, does not work for MTN anymore. I've been to MTN over 10 times already and I'm fed up. This issue should have been resolved, but every time I get to MTn there's another story. I have three witnesses who accompanied me on different occasions. MTN has handed me over to Lawyers. I will not pay for something I do not have. And why did MTN not investigate the matter properly. I want nothing to do with MTN, they are useless. If they dare blacklist me, I sure as hell will DEFINITELY sue them. I've been waiting for feedback from them regarding matter. Where in my right mind will I take out such an expensive phone without any insurance?????? Seriously?????? Now I have to buy airtime every day, I am LIVID with their service.
