mtn is useless
after my complaint i received a mail that they will contact me i dont want their empty chitter chatter i just want what i was suppose to get i know they are not fit to hold any job at least not with customers they are worse than the lasiest person in south africa .if the area mngr realy cared about his customers he/she wouldve called long ago now they say it is because of the strike i app**** long before the strike for my upgrade but typical of the incomponent people in higher positions they think they deserve that post if i were you mngr i will chase you you dont deserve to be called a employee of mtn or are all of the personnel useless you must wake up and get a gripp of realitty i want my data for the last two years that you owe me and i want my samsung s6 gold dont think i wont take mtn to court as i see there are a lot of people fed up with your scrao servise

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response to your post. It was never our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We've made contact with your father to obtain the number linked to the contract. Our systems reflect that your 150MB iPhone Recurring data bundle has been active since the 9th of July 2013 and that you've been provisioned on the 21st of every month. What we suspect could have been happening is that you might have had auto updates active on your iPhone and this was depleting your data bundle.
We've requsted the matter to be investigated thoroughly and see what has been happening with the data bundle every month. The reference number for the request logged is REQ:***.
Due to the industrial action that we are facing our Branded stores, Sales Department, Retentions Department and warehouse has been severely impacted as we cannot process any upgrades with handsets being dispatched from the warehouse.
Right now only our franchises are open as they report to their own head-office and are not involved in the strike we are facing.
