Mtn is useless

*** _MTN is the most heartless service provider I know. My phone was blocked from making outgoing calls since Wednesday the 15th of March while I paid. All 9 consultants I spoke to have been escalating my challenge to some invisible manager who the system doesn't allow for customers to talk to. They are pathetic.
