MTN is useless
I have been trying to get hold of the specific department that helped me with my upgrade - in order to get my IMEI number for my new handset that was ******. Been given two different numbers *** - doesn't work) and then I was given ***(they put the phone down on my after holding for 15 minutes. I need to open a case and MTN has been so unhelpful in this regard. Everything is being delayed because I cannot get hold of the specific department
