MTN is useless
Totally disgusting by your process, I come in on Tuesday to do a add on contract the lady sends my details off to be checked I get a sms to say it’s approved I get told they don’t have stock later in the day I get told to come each day after that to check if it arrived eventually today the lady say there is stock and I can come later as she is busy with a customer I eventually come after work to collect as she said she was I’ll sort everything out for me I come nothing was done the guy helps me and tells me that he need to send it as it’s short of a R150 credit and needs to re send it to be approved after the first approval like what a joke a whole week and absolutely nothing no further point since the first day I app**** I can guarantee I can go now to Telkom and it will be apporoved as I app**** for add contracts and it gets approved immediately even when I app**** for my first contract with Telkom it was immediately approved was a waste to visit your store I never liked MTN and now I have a better reason to cancel my iPhone 7plus contract I have with you when it finishes I will never recommend anybody to waste there time for a contract by you by waiting days we live in 2019 these things should be immediately

11 Feb 2019, 17:51Hi thanks for your response I was at the mtn branch in cavendish mall Claremont, I spoke to a lady on Tuesday morning I signed the forms and took fingerprints as I was app**** for a add contract for a laptop bundle. She advised me it will be sent for approval I got a sms message a few hours later saying it was approved. I went back to the store on the same day she then told me they don’t have stock of the routers as the laptop is a bundle deal and cannot book out the laptop with out it fine I understand that. I came in for a few days after that eventually Friday I came and she told me that they had stock and will be able to complete the order but she was busy with a client I told her I will come in later and if she could please proceed and complete the order so I could come in to collect and sign she said she will have everything ready for me. I came in later that day and the guy assisted me he then took my paper work and was busy on the pc with the order and told me that my credit score is too low and needs to be sent away again to be increased this telling me the lady never did anything or checked if my order was accepted as she would have picked that up an sent it instead of telling me to come in later to complete it. I am an exciting customer I have a iPhone contact that I pay every month for almost 2 years now . I am also a customer with Telkom and when I apply for things at the store it’s either the system approved it or declines it that’s simple why does your process have to be so difficult and making me wait so much days to find out nothing was really done. That’s not only bad customer service it also shows that my business is not wanted. My ID number is ********** 1****2. I sent a message to MTN on Facebook and they responded with a generic reply saying they will investigate and I responded to that and it was just read and nothing since. Once again showing me bad customer service. It’s 2019 your process should be much faster to get customers what they want if they applying for contracts.
