MTN IS USELESS

Mtn has billed my father for over two years now for someone else's contract. They claim that one of the documents that he signed, he wrote down the wrong number. However, we have seen this document and the number was not written in his hand writing. So evidently it was not his mistake and when he signed the document that number was not on it. I.e it was written afterwards, which I'm sure makes any document void under the law. We have spoken to Mtn, the branches, all the people at the call centers over 10 times now. The ***** department is absolutely useless and we continue to be billed for this contract which is in the name of a man clearly not related to us and whom evidently knows he is committing ***** since he hasn't paid his bill in two years and yet continues to use it. I have a good mind to publicly shame him for it and I think he might even be working at Mtn. And so the plot thickens. PLEASE DON'T REPLY TO THIS ASKING ME FOR A REFERENCE NUMBER ASKING ME TO CALL ONE OF YOUR GOD FORSAKEN CALL CENTERS. I'm up to my ears in reference numbers. My reference numbers need reference numbers at this point. I want someone who can actually do something without checking first with someone else to call me. I've spoken to plenty of managers of call centers who have told me they have no power in the matter. Everyone is a manager at Mtn these days but it doesn't seem like much management is going on. At this moment Mtn owes us much much more than we owe them. Yet they keep cutting our service because of this *****. I WILL NOT EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO ANOTHER CONSULTANT. YOU ARE ALL CAPABLE OF READING AND FIGURING IT OUT. I'VE GIVEN SUFFICIENT DETAILS FOR YOU TO DO SO. I'VE TOLD THIS STORY TO FAR TOO MANY CONSULTANTS FAR TOO MANY TIMES.
