MTN is useless
Contacted them regarding bad internet speed. Certain times of the day it works great. But other times it is completely useless. Upon contacting the coverage line, they just say they will get back to me...whic they have not done in a month's time. I phoned them today, and they say there is a new tower to be erected next year or something. i the mean time I have to pay for something which I cannot use properly. and I know I cant cancel it, because MTN is very nasty when it comes to cancelling a contract.

They have eventually told me I can bring back the device, and cancel the contract without costs. But what about all the months I have paid for the device? and the months I have paid and being unable to use the minutes and data included in the contract??? I would be loosing alot of money. It seems to be a catch-22 situation.
