MTN is useless

I was called a few weeks ago by RTT which is a courier company that has been appointed by MTN to deliver new sim cards to clients. I made an appointment with them for deliver of my sim card at work. They did not pitch. They called again on Monday 13 April 2015. They are useless I cannot believe MTN outsourced this functiont to them. They cannot give you a time or a day when they are going to come. They just say \we will come during the week". The delivery person cannot even call you to confirm the day or the time. We cannot get these contracts at an MTN store either. Totally useless.<br> <br> I called the call centre on Tuesday 2015 to get my settlement amount cause I want to close my cell phone contract with MTN cause they are so useless. The consultant could not put me through to the retension deparment as they are currently not available on the phone. Sent an email to this deparment requesting my settlement amount. Still dont have it. Asked the consultant to ask someone in the retention department to call me back. No one did. My experience with MTN has not been a pleasant one I have had several issues from the beginning. Never again will I do business with this *********** company. """
