MTN is useless!!!!!

MTN service is useless!!! I have a credit balance on my account. Trying since March 2021 for the credit to be refunded. Every time I have to speak to somebody new, every time the same excuse and promise that the matter is being escalated but NOBODY ATTENDS TO THE MATTER. I have completed a complaint form, this to was n waste of my time. I am so fed-up with MTN. I wish I could just speak to somebody that actually knows what goes on. Yesterday when I phoned the call centre, the managers was in a meeting and would have phone me back before 4pm. NOBODY HAS PHONED ME BACK. I honestly hate being in this position, so hopeless. I have waited long enough, I truly feel that MTN can assist me in this matter. I have sent my proof of payments & proof of banking details but still. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
