Mtn is useless

<p>I cant believe how MTN is so successful. They tell me I owe them R1000 something but I did pay. Then i send them the proof of payments and talk on email but with no luck they cant find my payment. Today i phone them and ask assistance the lady over the phone just said sorry she cant help me. I am fed up with Mtn. </p>
