MTN IS USELESS

Moved from prepaid to contract with MTN. It’s been 3 weeks an my phone is still not working! Everyday there is a different story and different person i’m dealing with. I am not able to receive any incoming calls or sms’s. When making a call it shows private number. Very *********** people working for MTN! They don’t even know how to fix their own problems! This is so frustrating - i’m losing business every single day! Pathetic!! Really!!
