Mtn is up to ***
We gave in my dad's blackberry classic (approximately 2months old) for repairs on the 28th of October 2015 and they said the phone be will be ready within 7 days. When we went to collect the phone they did not even know where the necessary paperwork was. Today is the 27th of november 2015 and still no news concerning when we will get the phone back.
