Mtn is unreliable, they do not care about their customers

I upgareded my contract with Mtn in September 2018. I received a Samsung A6 with the contract. 2 months later the phone did not want to charge above 2% so I took it to Mtn woodlands in Pretoria to return it to get it fix as it is still under warranty. They sent me home to get the original packaging and charger as they could not accept it without that. I did so and returned the same day. This was on the 19th of November 2018. They then took the phone that was still working and booked it in to send it to their repair centre. They told me this would take 2 to 4 weeks. After 16 days I went back to the store to find out a that they only sent the device in the day before... Therefore the phone was lying in their store for 15 days. They promised to give me feedback on my phone but did not come back to me. I went in a week later and got another excuse and they said they don't know what's happening with the phone they phoned around and said that they are waiting for feedback from HVRC they once again promised to phone me back with feedback but did not do so. After that I went in twice a week every week to try and find out what's happening and they still could not give me any answers. Eventually I spoke to the manager and he gave me the number of the repair centre and said I must sort it out with them because if the client calls them then we might get some answers. I phoned the repair centre and the woman told me that my phone is still at repairs and that they sent an invoice to MTN in midrans because the phone has water damage and is not covered by the warranty. This came as a complete shock as I know that there was no water damage to the device!! She told me to go back to the MTN Store in woodland and to tell them to call MTN Midrand to sort it out. (I have no idea how this is going he clients responsibility!!!!!) I then did that and they told me that they would get back to me that same day with feedback.... But once again did not do that. This was on the 15th of January!!! On the 21st of January the Mtn store in woodland phoned and told me that I can come collect my phone!! I went on the 22nd to do so and they handed me the phone in pieces and in a different box!!! They phone was sticky and wet and not all in the same condition as they had received it. It makes no sense to me that I was sent home to get the original packing and charger and then they send it back in pieces in a different box and the phone has water damage Nd can't even turn on!!!! Mtn should take responsibility!! The fack that the phone was lying in their store for 15 days before it was sent in for repairs and the fact that it comes back in pieces and in a different box tells me that something happened to the phone at their store! The store should be held responsible and replace the phone!!!! It is now almost 9 weeks since I gave them the phone to repair and now I'm back to square one and no one can give me answers or even tries to help me!! The service at MTN is discussing and I am very disappointed. I have been a customer with Mtn for many many years! This is not okay!!!
