MTN is unreliable and the staff ***********.

I am struggling to sort out a query with MTN for a month now. After numerous calls no one at MTN can assist me. I requested a data package. They send me 2 SIM cards with 2 contracts. And then this is not only a data package as requested but can be used for calls as well. The want me to pay for both. After many fights they tried to cancel the one card but the other card is still not activated. MTN is unreliable and the staff ***********. After a month the issue is still not resolved.
