MTN IS UNRELIABLE AND AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER

I cannot believe how MTN is such a disaster. i paid my account and now i am suspended. i have tried and tried to call the call centre and no-one answers. i cannot believe that such a big company does not have a contingency plan in the event of a strike. i am absolutely disappointed and will not recommend this net work to anyone ever!! this is not the first time either. they did not Rica my upgrade. i was left without Internet for over 4 weeks. i was told it would take 48 hours. no way it did not take that. it took 4 weeks instead!!!further to that their in store lady forged my signature on the upgrade papers. i discovered it and yet no apology form MTN. Absolute *******!!!!! i will not be renewing this contract and any other i have with them! disgusting provider and absolute nonsense!!!
