MTN is unreliable

I had the most frustrating and horrible experience of my life with MTN. The service at MTN Cresta and MTN Ferndale on Republic is absolutely terrible. Both branches show zero customer service — the consultants have a "don’t care" attitude and my issue has still not been resolved after weeks.

They don’t respond to emails, and when you try the call centre, the bot just redirects you in circles with no real help. A simple problem has turned into a nightmare because of consultants who refuse to assist.

MTN has proven to be unreliable and frustrating to deal with. Avoid using MTN at all costs.
