MTN is unprofessional, unorganized, unproductive

I have spoken to every single department requesting 1 simple thing. A copy of my current contract. Besides agents hanging up, they just forward me to other departments. Other agents say the contract is on the old system, they can't do anything. Other agents say they have no access because it's a business accounts. This is a neverending process which I can no longer tolerate. Mtn insurance is requesting this document for a claim. CAN ANYONE DO SOMETHING???
