MTN is Unprofessional

MTN is the worst of the worst .I have an account that has prescribed ,I called their customer service so they could attend to my query and each time I call the phone gets dropped on me. I thought maybe this must be network issues or the wrong number,I then went to a branch and told them this and they gave me the same number and I have never received such as the phone dropping continued ,I don't know if the stuff does not want to work or they are unprofessional. They are unprofessional and *********** as this is a valid query
