MTN is unhelpful.

You cannot speak to a human on their 135 number. I wanted to respond to an SMS they sent regarding the end of my contract. When I did get through on another number, they sent me from person to person without me getting any assistance. Also, the quality of the calls from them is terrible, you can hardly hear anything clearly.
