MTN IS ********* AND *****ULANT!

MTN are **********. They do not even deserve one star! I waited for Black Friday specials in November 2021 to upgrade my contract. I ordered the upgrade and it was approved but I never received my new phone. I was told several times by MONDO that there were no phones available but that it would be delivered as soon as possible. I have just phone for an update now and was advised that the order has been cancelled because of the delays in getting stock. In the February MTN sales book, the same phone deal is still on offer but at a higher monthly price. How convenient to simply cancel my order and make me reorder at a higher price! Totally *********. After all these years with MTN, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
