Mtn is unable to protect my number from being *****ulently swaped.

I have been with mtn for more than 20 years but today I am very disappointed with them. Their system is very poor, they allow a aim swap to be done consecutively allowing the *****sters to win all the time.

Now I am losing my mtn number because they (MTN) cannot stop the *****ster from doing the sim swap each and every day after I've done it.

There's nothing I did not do to keep my number and report the matter, I sent an email, I called customer service, I even went to the branch with an affidavit but I still did not win. All in all the person (*****ster) won due to poor MTN systems. I am so angry and defeated at the same time as I have been up and down the whole week to fix the issue.

MTN I am very disappointed in you.
