Mtn is treating me unfairly and don't want to take the blame

I paid my mtn month to month router at mtn store,and the person who help me made wrong payment allocation,now mtn switched off my service and they don't want to help me,all they are best in is taking me to pillar to post,so should I suffer because of a mistake done by mtn personal?
