MTN is trash & their customer service is even worse!!!!!!

MTN is the worst ever!!! Their customer service is even far worse! For the past 8hours I've been trying to reactivate my phone number that MTN deactivated without knowledge/consent!!!! I’ve been passed on from one department to the next, all service agent are unable to assist, they all transfer me to different departments, all with attitude!!!! For the past 24hours I haven’t been able to perform business transactions cause I cannot get an OTP due to MTN deactivating my phone number!!!!!!! No agent can explain not account to what’s happening, every agent is just happy to transfer and not deal with the query! Even went to MTN in Sandton mall and they themselves didn’t know what to do.

I am highly disgusted by the level of service MTN offers!!! This is pathetic!!! I don’t understand what kind of business has such ridiculous service!!!! They cannot do a simple thing like reactivate a phone number that they deactivated without consent!!! This is repulsing!!!!!
