MTN IS TRASH

I went to this mtn store in Musgrave centre and spoke to a guy by the name of Ashley, on Monday 29 August to request for my contract till this day the 2nd September I still haven’t gotten any help as I’d like to know exactly what I’m paying for since I had requested mtn insurance to bill me with my contract invoice this was last year 2021 August during the time when I initially took the phone. I had a lady call me from mtn insurance asked for the IMEI number cellphone make and model evergreen and which mtn insurance plan I wanted I told her specifically that it should cover breakage theft /****** . My phone was ****** and now I’m having difficulty making a claim because mtn tells me they are not picking up my insurance for the phone on the invoice. It has been such a traumatic experience and having this run around with a service provider I’ve had for so many years is disheartening. No one at mtn is willing to help at this point I’m in limbo trying to find out what exactly is going on with my insurance for the phone I want to claim for. This lady by the name Phindile sent me an email and I told her specifically that the mtn insurance is being billed with my contract as that is what I requested when I spoke to the lady from mtn insurance last year August. Please kindly even pull out those call records as proof!!!! Worse when I’m asked how did the ******* break in for one I’m not a ***** I don’t know how ******* get entry in peoples houses which also happened with three other houses next to us . The question is offensive and demeaning alone . There’s a case number of there are questions I’d assume mtn insurance should liaise with the investigative office assigned to my case.
