MTN is trash 🗑

Useless service provider ever, I received a contract phone on the 29th November, I requested to keep my prepaid number (number for life). Since then I have been taken from pillar to post, from being advised that the activation will take 2-72 hours, to being advised that it will take 7-14 working days. It's now been a month and still nothing, no one seems to know what they are doing, everytimme I call I'm given different information by their *********** staff. I even regret getting this phone.

MTN is trash with *********** and untrained staff. 😡 😡
