MTN is trash

MTN has poor customer service, even today I still haven't received the refund I was promised last month. The consultants are mean and do not care about their clients. They only pretend to care when they are trying to sell you a product then from there they treat you like trash. Never again, I am cancelling all my contracts with MTN. I refuse to be treated like I am not a person but something of no value. MTN is TRASH!!!!!!
