MTN is trash.

This Network is pathetic.

I would really advice anyone not to engage in any contract with MTN.

On the 9th of August 25. I went to MTN Fleurdal to purchase a month to month router. Biggest mistake I have ever made!!!!

When I get home the router did not work for the entire weekend. I decided to take it back on 11th August 25 and cancel the product. If the service was that pathetic at first..... I did not see any worth to continue with the transaction.

Now I have asked for my refund as I did not use the router. Now I'm getting the most annoying service from the store, no communication whatsoever. Im told that MTN is investigating the matter before they refund me. What I don't understand is what exactly is being investigated because their product failed me.

MTN, I want my money back.
