MTN is trash

I took up a plan with MTN which is (2G everyday for 30 days for R200) i wake up this morning and they hadn't uploaded my 2G (checked my balance and I had no data )for the day hence I called them to confirm why it wasn't uploaded at this time of the day. Spoke to a customer service agent I don't even know how they hire these people. Firstly the guy didn't want to hear what I had to say but kept on speaking like his reading a script. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING and to think that I still haven't been assisted. Never again am I taking up deals with MTN.
