MTN is trash

I have a contract phone with MTN,I get 4gig of data on the 12th of each month,I noticed that every single time my data and minutes get topped up,within a split of a moment,my data gets depleted without me utilising it. I called them,one agent by the name of Zanele adviced I check if I am not subscribed to anything by dialling * 155# it notified me that I am not subscribed,she then said if I am not subscribed I should call back,I immediately called and spoke to Phumzile,she said maybe your background apps are on,we checked and they were off! So basically I am paying for service I am not utilising,because they don’t know what’s chowing my data. Phumzile advised I use my time,my money to go to an MTN store because they are clueless,I am angry,I am being ****med for paying for something I don’t use! It’s the 12th and I already don’t have data how nice !!!!
