MTN is TRASH

My SIM card has been giving a NO SIM error for weeks. I asked them what’s happening or if my nr is being sim swooped and they refuse to answer me. Instead, the consultant Mzwandile I spoke to on twitter told me my SIM card is damaged. I asked him how he knew this because he couldn’t answer any of my questions and he told me to just go to the branch so they can check the sim. I need to understand why consultants just give blanket solutions without evidence. The nonchalant way he spoke to me even when I told him I’m recieving messages and OTP’s on attempts made to access my WhatsApp and banking apps. This just says even if I was being hacked they really don’t care enough to help. I’ve had this nr for 15 years but honestly, there must be a better service provider really!
