Mtn is trash!

Hello Peter. I have a contract with mtn that offers 80gig monthly data. I only receive 10 gig then charge me more. it's about 9 month now. When I query they tell me to wait they will log a query then tell me query expired they will log in again. I have been complaining for a month to no avail. This is costing me so much money. Honestly mtn is the worst network.
