MTN is Trash
Today I bought Airtime for R200, knowing MTN I made sure my Data was switched off since I didn't want any trouble. Only to find out when I checked my balance it was R42.72 yes I had Airtime advance for about R30. Panicked and call immediately after I realized the amount was taken from the bank but the balance didn't make any sense. Called a sales Agent for assistance only to be told to callback in 2-3 hours. Why is this service provider unreliable

02 Mar 2022, 23:42After several calls I made to MTN, I still don't get the assistance I need. If they're not telling me about their system issues, they either pretend not to hear me only to disconnect the phone. Such incompetence is unacceptable.
