MTN is totally ******* . Unable to assist it's customers and bulldunk.

I've called MTN to enquire about subscriptions that I do not know and the consultant didn't help with anything, all that she said is that I will keep on being subscribed to things and it's even if she cancel this I will keep on being subscribed to things. Now my question is until when will people will be ***** on MTNs watch and MTN not doing anything about it, MTN consultant not assisting with anything. By the look of things something is fishy with MTN and their rude Call centre agent.
